Publications of a “Water Biophysics” Special Issue in Food Biophysics
It is a pleasure to announce that we plan to publish a selection of papers presented at the conference "Frontiers in Water Biophysics" in a Special Issue of Food Biophysics.
All poster and oral communications are welcome. The authors wishing to submit their paper are urged to go through the instruction for authors in the Submission section of the web page. Be aware that the full text manuscript, Abstract to References, should not exceed 20,000 characters, including spaces, plus 3-4 figures, that will give up to 5 printed pages.
Please, follow strictly the required procedures for submitting papers in Food Biophysics: only in this way we can have a short time-lag for ensuring timely publication in the June issue of 2011.
